8.3 Marketing site + brand mark

Marketing site + the Motir brand mark (Prodect → Motir, story 8.7).

▶ REPLAN 2026-06-30 (Yue). The public marketing landing moves OUT of motir-core into a NEW motir-marketing repo (motir.co); it is no longer motir-core's app/page.tsx.

  • motir-marketing (motir.co) owns the public landing. It surfaces BOTH onboarding entries (mirrors the 7.22 fork): the primary "describe your idea" hero (start fresh) → forwarded cross-origin into motir-core via a pre-auth draft API (POST → draftId → motir-core/login?draft=<id>); PLUS a secondary "already have a project? import your repo / Jira / Linear" CTA → motir-core/login carrying an import intent → the /onboarding existing branch (7.22 → 7.15/7.17).
  • motir-core root → /login (default). A "Plan with AI" button → /onboarding, which forks new-vs-existing (7.22). Cloud starts onboarding; self-host Connect-Motir-AI deferred. The forwarded idea is preserved through auth and seeds onboarding — reusing the SHIPPED preservation from [[MOTIR-1022]] (not rebuilt).
  • Brand consistency across two repos via a shared design-system package (extracted from motir-core; both consume it).
  • Entity-signal SEO root (Organization/WebSite JSON-LD, root OG, robots, GSC) now lives at motir.co = motir-marketing; the per-project/explore JSON-LD + sitemap already shipped in motir-core stay there.
