Write the first batch of changelog/update entries and the "follow the build" announcement that anchors the launch — the recurring cadence that keeps followers engaged (the heart of build-in-public). Tie each update to real shipped work and the public roadmap.

Acceptance criteria

  • The first changelog entries + the announcement copy are published and visible on /p/motir/changelog and the launch channels.
  • A clear cadence (e.g. weekly) for ongoing updates is stated.
  • Copy invites following (account/email/RSS).
