Run the launch across the chosen channels (per 8.6): Product Hunt, Show HN, the open-core GitHub repo, #buildinpublic on X, and the waitlist→announce. Each post links back to /p/motir and the follow/changelog. Sequence: waitlist warm-up → launch day → post-launch follow-ups.

Acceptance criteria

  • The launch posts are live on the chosen channels and link to /p/motir + the follow CTA.
