8.10.1 Decision — launch shape + what Motir exposes publicly

Decide, grounded in 8.6's positioning/pricing/channels: (a) the public POSITIONING line for Motir's own page ("the AI-native, build-in-public PM tool"); (b) which epics are public vs private (6.14) — keep the Epic 7 AI-planner + Epic 9 hosted-agent roadmaps PUBLIC as the narrative; decide whether any internals (e.g. motir-ai specifics, security/abuse work) are set private; (c) the follow CTA framing; (d) the launch sequencing relative to 8.1 billing (free build-in-public launch first, monetize the AI layer after — the user's thesis).

Acceptance criteria

  • A decision record fixes the public positioning, the public-vs-private epic split (6.14), the follow CTA, and the free-first launch sequencing.
